작품 설명

In 1865, the ground floor spaces on the Rue de la Ferronnerie <em>or </em> “street of ironwork” (named in 1229) were occupied by businesses including a café, a hotel, and a men’s clothing store. Apartments on the upper floors housed some of the many people who moved from the country into the city during the Second Empire.
